Gemini rules: Shoulders, arms, hands, respiratory system, bronchial tubes, lungs, nervous connections for Sensor and motor skills, blood capillaries (exchange system). You will be guided through a process on land that takes you into somatic awareness of those different parts of your body.

Once you are tuned in, we will explore the stored memories and feelings in each part of the body explored. This allows for awareness (or light energy) to move into your body to help you with the next phase.

You will then be guided into a body temperature salt water pool where I will take each one of you into a floating position where your body will slowly feel ease, entering a parasympathetic state, where your body will naturally release. The somatic release in the body is only a piece of the internal reorganization that is happening and is essential in order for you to communicate with your internal voice.

After the water release, your body and spiritual vessel will be open and clear to now invoke prayer with the water. Water is the carrier of information. She listens, and morphs into the message invoked onto her. So from this place, we will do a prayer ritual to close the space with one another.
