Group, Retreat & Organizational Facilitation
Water-based healing, nervous system support & trauma-informed bodywork
I offer water-based facilitation for groups, retreats, and organizations seeking embodied, nervous system–informed experiences. These offerings are designed to support collective regulation, emotional integration, and deeper presence within group containers.
My role may include facilitating water-based sessions, supporting integration days, or collaborating alongside existing retreat or organizational programming. Each experience is shaped in alignment with the intention, structure, and capacity of the group.
Why Water-Based Facilitation
Water offers a unique environment for group work. When bodies are buoyantly supported, the nervous system can settle more efficiently, allowing participants to move out of effort and into receptivity. In group settings, this often supports co-regulation, emotional processing, and a shared sense of safety and trust.
Water-based facilitation can gently deepen retreats and group experiences by offering space for rest, embodiment, and integration—particularly when paired with somatic, therapeutic, or contemplative practices. All facilitation is grounded in trauma-informed bodywork, clear structure, and attentive presence to support a wide range of nervous systems.
How This Is Offered
Group, retreat, and organizational facilitation is offered by inquiry and curated in collaboration. Scope, logistics, location, and energy exchange are determined based on group size, setting, and the overall structure of the experience.
